What is Respite Care?
Respite care enables caregivers to get temporary relief from their caregiving responsibilities. The COA is working with area agencies to assist family members to find respite care in the home or at Daybreak Adult Center.
Our newest program, linking caregivers with private duty workers who can provide personal care, companionship, medication management, transportation, housekeeping, etc. We can also link you with private agencies that place workers in the home.
