MEETING
January 23, 2008
Chair K. Rushlow called
to order the meeting of the Personnel Committee at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, January
3, 2008, at the Vilas County Courthouse,
Public meeting notice was
given to the public more than twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.
Present:
The following committee members were present:
Chair Kathleen Rushlow, Vice-Chair Linda L. Thorpe, Chuck Ahlborn, John
Annin (9:03 a.m.), Steve Doyen and Bob Egan. Also present: County Board Supervisors
Fred Radtke, Dennis Nielsen, Chris Mayer and Jack Harrison.
Approval
of Agenda: Motion by S. Doyen,
seconded by C. Ahlborn to approve the agenda to be discussed in any order at
the discretion of the Chair. All voting aye. Carried.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by L. Thorpe, seconded by S. Doyen to
approve December 20, 2007, minutes. All voting aye. Carried.
Approval of bills: None.
Vacation Carryover Requests: None.
Resolution Re: Commission on Aging
Director: Motion by L. Thorpe, seconded by C. Ahlborn
to approve the Resolution Re: Commission
on Aging Director with the attached draft Vilas County Commission on Aging Director position description as presented.
Discussion. John Annin appeared during discussion at 9:03 a.m. All voting aye. Carried.
Letters and Communications: None.
Future Meeting Dates: January
23, 2008.
Adjournment: Motion by B. Egan,
seconded by J. Annin to adjourn the meeting at 9:06 a.m. All voting aye.
Carried.
