The Personnel Committee will be
meeting on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., Conference Rooms 2 &
3, at the Vilas County Courthouse, 330 Court Street, Eagle River, Wisconsin.
A
quorum of the Zoning & Planning Committee and Advertising & Economic
Development Committee, Land Records Committee, Law Enforcement Committee and
Public Property Committee may be present
at this meeting but no official business of the Zoning & Planning Committee
and Advertising & Economic Development Committee, Land Records Committee,
Law Enforcement Committee and Public Property Committee will be conducted.

(g), for the purposes of considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which
the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; to review
Local 474a applications for Courthouse Complex Custodian position; for the
purposes deliberating, negotiating and/or mediating the County’s position in
matters relating to collective bargaining with the Vilas County Deputy
Sheriff’s Local 118; for the purposes of considering preliminary consideration of
specific personnel problems; and for purposes of conferring with legal counsel
with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
