1.       Call to order.

2.       Approve agenda to be discussed in any order by the Chair.

3.       Approve previous minutes.

4.       Approval of Bills.

5.   Information Technology Report, Travel and Purchases.

6.   Sheriff’s Dept. & Jail Purchases.

7.   Social Services Dept. Purchases.

8.   Corporation Counsel Copier Lease.

9.   Maintenance Supervisor Report and Purchases.

      a.  Line Item Transfers.

10.  Annual Maintenance Contract Renewal – Register of Deeds.

11. Land o’ Lakes Communication Tower Site Snowplowing.

12. It is anticipated that a motion will be made and seconded to convene into closed session

      pursuant to: 

         a. Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating the purchasing of 

             public property.

         b. Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment,

             promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over 

             which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 

13. Adjourn closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(c)(e) and return to open

      session.

14. Committee may consider ratifying any action taken in closed session.

15. Letters and Communications.

16. Set next meeting date and time.

17. Adjournment.
